All those attending the conference, including presenting authors, must register for the conference using the downloadable form provided.
Registrations, which must be pre-paid by one of the methods shown on the form (except for delegates from sponsoring organisations), must be received by the conference manager Dr. A.J. Wickham , or via confer@globalnet.co.uk, or by fax (+44) 1597 860244, not later than 1^st November 2005. A proceedings volume containing all papers and summaries of the discussion will be issued to all delegates early in 2006.
