Oral PresentationsPresenters are strongly encouraged to use standard software, e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, for their presentations during the conference. Presenters will be expected to load the presentations at the reception desk at the earliest opportunity or the close of play of the previous day's session for presentations on Day 2 and Day 3 of the conference. The use of the presenter's own PC will be strongly discouraged to ensure that the programme runs to time. It is intended that a CD-ROM of the presentations given at the conference will be produced and distributed afterwards to delegates. Presentations will also be archived on the IAEA International Knowledge Base on Irradiated Nuclear Graphite Properties.Poster PresentationsWe encourage A1 posters (~60cm wide and about 85 cm high), oriented vertically, using Velcro fastenings which we will provide. The ideal way to prepare a poster is to use PowerPoint oriented vertically and set to this size, and then it can be printed and laminated directly where institutions have these facilities. If you are able to do this, please bring your poster also on a USB drive - this will allow us to 'archive' poster presentations as well as oral presentations. ProceedingsThere will be no formal publication of papers, and delegates are free to submit their work to the learned journals if they so wish.
