Conference Fees

This years conference fee is £150 (150 British Pounds) per participant. It includes all lunches (Weds-Saturday), coffee and teas, dinner on Wednesday, and Conference Dinner on Thursday. It does not include dinner on Friday, or accommodation. An additional £50 will be charged after the early registration deadline of 24th June. Accompanying persons fee is £46 and covers the conference banquet and transport ticket for Nantes. There is a £10 reduction for British Carbon Group members.

2. Abstracts

Download the abstract template

Abstracts should be up to one page long, using the template available from here and can include figures and tables. They should be emailed to chris.ewels@cnrs-imn.fr.

Registration for Presenting Authors:
For presenting authors, the registration payment must be received by 24th June, as stated in the acceptance e-mails. Failure to receive payment for at least one author on a submission will result in automatic withdrawal from the scientific programme.

Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel a registration, we will offer a full refund up to the early bird deadline, and a 50% refund up to the 15th July, thereafter no refund will be possible. It is always possible to substitute someone else to attend the conference in your place should you be unable to attend, although if you intend to do this, please let us know via the contact details given above.
