1. Conference Registration
* Delegates are advised that the use of e-mail attachments for transmission of credit card details is at their own risk. For fax and e-mail registrations, you should receive an e-mail acknowledgement within five days. If you do not receive such an acknowledge, please contact the registry either on fax +44 1597 860244 or e-mail confer@globalnet.co.uk Information regarding accommodation are given in the registration form.
Registration is only complete after we have received payment.There are reduced rates for accompanying persons, please see the registration form for more details.
2. AbstractsDownload the abstract templateFor presenting authors, the registration payment must be received by 24 June, as stated in the acceptance e-mails. Failure to receive payment for at least one author on a submission will result in automatic withdrawal from the scientific programme. Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel a registration, we will offer a full refund up to the early bird deadline, and a 50% refund up to the 15th July, thereafter no refund will be possible. It is always possible to substitute someone else to attend the conference in your place should you be unable to attend, although if you intend to do this, please let us know via the contact details given above.
