Delegates should contact the conference centre DIRECTLY in order to place reservations. A credit-card number will be required to guarantee reservations, but delegates will pay the hotels directly during their stay.

City - The Days Hotel 3*  (formerly The Citilodge)

Located within 15 minutes drive of the University Park Campus in Nottingham City Centre (Wollaton Street). This is a modern hotel offers superb rate for a city centre location. Rates range from £70.00 for a Single room to £78.00 for a Double/twin room. All rates are inclusive of Breakfast.  Car parking is available at the NCP car park opposite the hotel, a separate charge is made for this.

City-The Express by Holiday Inn

Located in the heart of the city centre, approximately 15 minutes drive from the University Park Campus is the newly opened Express by Holiday Inn.  All of the city centre amenities are within easy walking distance.  All rooms are en-suite with quadruple glazing to block city centre noise.  Rate is £69.00 per room inclusive of Continental Breakfast. Car parking is available at the NCP car park a separate charge is made for this. To get discount parking please present your parking ticket to reception on departure.

City - The Rutland Square 3*

Located within 15 minutes drive of the University Park Campus in Nottingham City Centre.  This delightful hotel has wonderful views overlooking Nottingham Castle and is within easy walking distance of all the city shops, restaurants and amenities. Rates range from £65.00 for a Single room to £85.00 for a Double/twin room. All rooms are en-suite and rates are inclusive of Breakfast.  Car parking is available at the NCP car park located next to the hotel; a separate charge is made for this.

              City - The Crowne Plaza Hotel 4*

Located within 15 minutes drive of the University in Nottingham City Centre (Wollaton Street).  Offers excellent facilities to include several bars, four restaurants, sports & leisure facilities. Rates range from £100.00 for a Single room to £140.00 for a Double/twin room. All rates are inclusive of Breakfast.  All rooms are en-suite.  Car parking is available at the NCP next to the hotel; a separate charge is made for this.

City – The Ibis Hotel 3*

Located within the vibrant Lace Market area of the city, which is approximately 15 minutes drive from the University Park Campus.  This brand new hotel offers all the standard facilities and is within easy walking distance of the city centre shops, attractions and nightlife.  Rates range from £52.00 room only (single,double or twin).  Breakfast £5.50 per person, which is served from 4am.  Car parking is available in the Fletcher Gate Car Park which is located directly across the road from the hotel; a separate charge is made for this.

City - The Strathdon Hotel 3*

Located within a 15 minutes drive of the University Park Campus in Nottingham City Centre (Wollaton Street). All of the local amenities are within walking distance. Rates range from £59.00 for a Single Room to £75.00 for a Double Room. All rates are inclusive of Breakfast. Car Parking is available at the NCP car park opposite the hotel, a separate charge is made for this.

City – Jurys Inn Nottingham 3*

Located within a 15-minute drive of the University Park Campus in Nottingham City Centre (Station Street).  Ideally situated close to the railway station. Rates range from £73.00 for a Single room to £83.00 for a Double/Twin room. All rates are inclusive of Bed and Breakfast. 

City – Comfort Hotel 3*

Located within a 15 minute drive of the University Park Campus in Nottingham City Centre. The Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the lively and thriving Lace Market district of Nottingham’s city centre. The rates are £52.50 for a single bedded room, £61.00 for a double room for single occupancy and £65.00 for a double/twin room. All rates are inclusive of Full English Breakfast.

Parking at near by Stoney Street is £7.00 for 24 hours. To get the discounted parking please present your ticket to reception on departure.

City – Hilton Hotel – 4*

Located in the heart of Nottingham City Centre within a 15 minute drive to the University Park Campus.  The rate for a Single room is £92.00 inclusive of breakfast.  The hotel is located in walking distance of all the city centre amenities and has its own bar and restaurant along with a health club. Car parking is available at an extra charge in the Trinity Square car park just across the road from the hotel.

            The Holiday Inn (Castle Marina) 3*

Located within a ten minute drive of the University Park Campus, offers reasonable prices with a contemporary restaurant and ample free car parking. Rates range from £82.00 for a Single room and £92.00 for a Twin/Double room.  A Mini gym is available for use by all hotel guests. All rates are inclusive of Bed and Breakfast.

The Village Hotel 4*

Located within a 15 minute drive of the University Park Campus, offers excellent accommodation with large indoor swimming pool, fitness and aerobic studio's, indoor tennis courts together with an extensive range of whirlpool spa's and saunas. Rates range from £80.00 for a Single room to £90.00 Double/Twin. All rates are inclusive of Breakfast, use of all leisure facilities and free car parking.  All rooms are en-suite.

The Hylands B&B

Located within a five minute drive of the University Park Campus (Queens Road), this family run Bed & Breakfast offers comfort and homeliness to all guests. Rates range from £45.00 for a Single en-suite room to £55.00 for a Double/Twin en-suite room. Rates are inclusive of Full English Breakfast.  Limited off-street car parking is available to guests.

P&J Hotel

Located within a 5 minute drive to the University of Nottingham, University Park Campus and the QMC, and half a mile from the city centre, this small family run hotel is fully licensed and has private car parking facilities. Rates start from £55.00 for a single room with en suite and £65.00 for a twin/double room with en suite both rates are inclusive of Breakfast.

Junction 26 M1 - The Gateway Hotel 3*

Located within a 15-minute drive of the University Park Campus, (off junction 26 of the M1).  Offers a high standard of accommodation with a selection of restaurants, coffee shops & bars.  Rates range from £76.00 for a Single room to £87.00 for a Double/twin room weekdays.
