For fax and e-mail registrations, you should receive an e-mail acknowledgement within five days. If you do not receive such an acknowledge, please contact the registry either on fax +44 1597 860244 or e-mail confer@globalnet.co.uk

Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel a registration, we will offer a full refund up to the 31st August 2008, and a 50% refund up to the 30th September 2008, thereafter no refund will be possible. It is always possible to substitute someone else to attend the conference in your place should you be unable to attend, although if you intend to do this, please let us know via the contact details given above.
