Full papers:: All submitted abstracts have been accepted for the conference: please prepare the full papers on an urgent basis.

The third in a series of nuclear graphite conferences organised at the suggestion of EdF Energy (formerly British Energy), AGR operators in the UK, will be held at Conference Aston (Birmingham) from 1st - 3rd November 2011, with delegates arriving on Monday evening 31st October 2011 for dinner and registration.

This is an all-inclusive venue with delegate bedroom accommodation on site: anyone who attended the Eleventh International Nuclear Graphite Specialists' Meeting in Eastbourne last year should be familiar with the arrangement.

Once again, The British Carbon Group is happy to administer the conference. A single registration payment, payable in advance, will include the conference facilities (inclusive of the abstract booklet), all meals (including a conference dinner at Bank, Birmingham) and bedroom accommodation. See the downloadable registration form for details.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS WITH 'CONFERENCE ASTON' DIRECTLY: USE ONLY OUR REGISTRATION FORM. ALL ENQUIRIES regarding your reserved accommodation should be made to the CONFERENCE MANAGER.

Abstracts should be uploaded now, and in any event not later than 1st August 2011, using the upload facilities on this website. It is presently intended that all presentations should be delivered orally. Presenters will be informed individually whether their submissions have been accepted. In this event, the submitted abstracts will be printed and made available in the delegate pack to arriving delegates. Paper authors are then requested to submit a FULL PAPER for subsequent publication by The Royal Society of Chemistry in a book marking the third publication of the series, and using the template provided on this website. The final deadline for the receipt of these papers is 15th October 2011.

All enquiries should be directed initially to the Conference Manager, Dr. A. J. Wickham, PO Box 50, BUILTH WELLS, Powys LD2 3XA, Tel:01597 860 633, Fax:01597 860 244, E-mail: confer@globalnet.co.uk
